UAleks is a Ukrainian company that manufactures telecommunications and security equipment.
Client’s problem
The company required five tester cases for small-scale production and product performance testing. To this end, engineers used various 3D printing techniques, but none of them delivered the desired quality.
Solution
The client turned to Infomir 3D Printing for help and provided a 3D model. We printed the cases on the Hewlett Packard Jet Fusion 5210 industrial line using HP PA 12 polyamide. This technology enables us to print durable parts that are resistant to UV rays, moisture, and chemicals.
Results
UAleks received five sets of cases within five business days. Ready for testing, the products fully met the client’s terms of reference. Thanks to Infomir 3D Printing, the client obtained the required quality in the shortest possible time.
